Bookings can be made through our website, by telephone or by email.

All appointments are subject to availability.

A booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from LTH Dog School.

3. Assessment Sessions

Most training programmes begin with an initial assessment.

The assessment allows us to:

• Understand your dog’s behaviour
• Discuss your goals
• Recommend the most suitable training package
• Create a personalised training plan

The assessment fee is non-refundable once the session has taken place.

4. Training Packages

Training programmes are tailored to each individual dog and owner.

Programme duration, pricing and session frequency may vary depending on:

• Number of sessions required
• Level of support included

Recommendations made following the assessment are based on professional judgement.

5. Owner Responsibilities

Successful training requires commitment from both the owner and the dog.

By booking our services, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions
• Follow the recommended training plan
• Practise between sessions
• Use training methods as instructed
• Provide accurate information about your dog’s behaviour and medical history
• Keep your dog under appropriate control during sessions

Progress depends largely on owner consistency outside of training sessions.

6. Health & Welfare

Owners confirm that their dog:

• Is fit to participate in training
• Has no undisclosed medical conditions affecting behaviour or training
• Is appropriately vaccinated where required
• Is legally permitted to attend public training locations

Please inform us before any session if your dog becomes ill or develops any medical condition.

7. Behaviour & Safety

Safety is our highest priority.

LTH Dog School reserves the right to:

• Refuse training where safety is compromised
• End a session if behaviour presents unacceptable risk
• Recommend alternative support where appropriate

Owners remain legally responsible for their dog’s behaviour at all times.

8. Payments

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Assessment fees are payable before the appointment.
• Training packages may require full payment or a deposit before training begins.
• Outstanding balances must be paid within the agreed payment period.

Failure to pay may result in cancelled or postponed training.

9. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.

• Cancellations with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without charge.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.
• LTH Dog School reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, illness or unforeseen circumstances.

10. Refund Policy

Training services are personalised and time-based.

Refunds are generally not available for:

• Completed assessment sessions
• Completed training sessions
• Partially completed training packages

Any refund requests will be considered at the discretion of LTH Dog School.

11. Results Disclaimer

Every dog is different.

While our training methods are designed to produce lasting improvements, we cannot guarantee identical results for every dog.

Success depends on factors including:
